Job Summary
We are seeking a Property & Facilities Manager to manage rental properties, tenants, and facility operations. This role ensures clients’ properties are efficiently managed, maintained, and profitable and maintenance issues are resolved quickly
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all the company’s rental properties
- Manage rental and short-let properties, tenant relationships, and make sure rent is paid on time.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, residents, and occupants.
- Address complaints, maintenance requests, and operational issues.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and smooth facility usage.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections.
- Prepare and manage facility operational budgets.
- Monitor service charges, maintenance costs, and operational expenses.
- Approve maintenance and service expenditures.
- Ensure cost-effective facility management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Facility Management or Property Management are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in facility or property management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software.
